I came here 3x for facials. The first two times were good. Extractions are always a painful part of the facial process, I understand. The last time she seemed to be in a hurry and DID NOT clean my face completely. After the facial, I could still see some clogged pores. I ended up squeezing them out myself.
The place is very small and appointments are required in advance.

Just like Rina E. (see review below with one star), I found this place through Groupon and the owner didn’t like us getting discounted service offered. I tried to reschedule from 4:30 to 4 and the owner said «No» so I thought the place must be packed then. To my surprise it was so slow, there was only one customer getting her nails done and the owner who was busy eating her bread. Bad service. To top it all, my skin got irritated from repetitive waxing on the same spot. Was it clean? Nope. There were hairs still. Most painful brazilian experience ever. My skin is irritated. Won’t ever come back. Thanks, but no thanks.

This is solely based on my Brazilian wax experience, and I would give it negative stars if I could. Lena was incompetent at waxing, and kept going over and over the same spot, up to the point where my skin was highly irritated but there were still hairs remaining. In addition, they are not sanitary and use some «sanitized» metal spatula instead of one time use sticks. I regret getting the Groupon for it. The woman also seemed peeved that so many people were getting the discounted service, which was inappropriate to say to a client. If they don’t want people to take advantage of Groupons, they shouldn’t place deals there. It was the most painful wax I have ever experienced, and I was sore for two days after. In short, I would not come back here if someone paid me.

Went today because I purchased a Groupon. I had a much later appointment but the woman at the front was willing to squeeze me in at a earlier time, so I greatly appreciated that. This wasn’t my first Brazilian Bikini wax, and I’ve been to a few establishments before, but this was a first for me where the inner buttocks region was excluded, so I was really bummed out about that (no pun intended, ha), more so that I would have had to pay an extra $ 20 for it. Other than that, the woman was great, always making sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this place for others, but if I were to come back I wouldn’t do the Brazilian Bikini wax solely because it would be $ 50+ for a complete job, as opposed to other places where I pay just $ 35 and get a beautiful experience.

This is a miracle hidden in a middle of Brooklyn. If you are looking for a great service, specifically facials, this is a place for you. It might not look like a gem from outside, but it is a cozy, little salon that uses amazing products and has a wide range of services and at a very reasonable price. It is very easy to get in, they are very flexible. I came a few times for wax, manicure & pedicure. Facials there are unbelivable. I felt like I got a new face every time. Absolutely coming back for more.
