The Doctors at Ovington Medical are Amazing. The never rush you and listen to what you are asking. They will take the time to explain things. With this kind of treatment you sometimes have a wait. but then what doctors office do you not have a wait. Would recommend them anyday.

I was hit by a vehicle only 3 days ago. I called to make an appointment to see the doctor. They told me I wasn’t a patient and I couldn’t be seen until next month. Wait time is over 2 hours and Doctor is all over the place. He was on his cell, on the office line and in and out of the office. NEVER AGAIN. Switched over to a better, more caring and more concerned doctor!!!

Dr. Addeo is a saint. Despite the long wait, it’s worth it knowing that my health is always in great hands. He gives you the utmost care I always feel better coming out of the there and I appreciate it. I recommend him to everyone.

So I usually don’t leave reviews, especially bad ones but what I experienced today was unacceptable. Wish I can give a review for the Drs, but I was never seen by one. Im 3 months pregnant and needed to see a new dr, and figured I would give them a try since my mom has had nothing but good things to say. The receptionist was so rude and short with me from the moment I walked in, to the second I left (I wish I got her name). I waited for about an hour when I asked her if she knew how much longer it would be until the dr can see me. She barely took her eyes off the computer and said, with an attitude for some reason, «she’s not even here yet». Thanks for the heads up lady! I waited 10 more minutes asked for my co-​pay back and left. I have never experienced such horrible customer service, and I most definitely will not be returning.

wow! what a change in office. this place is in total chaos, office manger Debbie is completely in need of customer service skills. and if you need your prescriptions filled its a 3 day notice with a long wait for them when you get to the office. My advice is to find a Dr’s Office that has a good team and can assist you with all. this place is upside down. The doctors are great! the office not so much lots of screaming and attitude.
