Went looking for a quick lunch, and found Panda. The locals know thye place and it is a great secret for fried fish, oysters, great Chinese and Mexican. If in Brooklyn it is a bargain. A very nice full dining room to sit and eat, no Televison vlaring but wifi appears to work just fine, thank you
