in full-disclosure, i am friends with the owner and many of the people that volunteer to run pandemic. that said, i would not rate the gallery 5 stars if they didn’t consistently put on great shows.
since opening summer of 2009, pandemic has launched a new show just about every month. shows range from paintings, stencil-work, sculptures, textiles etc. many of the artists got their start in the street-art world and have evolved their work into something completely fitting of an art gallery.
if nothing else you’re guaranteed to see some interesting art and meet some great people that truly love what they do.
