Not even Jonas can stop Park Slope Copy Center! We gave them our print job for 250 catalogs on Friday and I picked them up on Sunday. Jon and Jamie were punctual, professional and friendly to work with. AND the quality and price for this last minute emergency job was better than I could have asked for. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend anyone who needs print services to contact them.

The quality of mailing services here is great. I have trouble with USPS sometimes, so I have started mailing important packages from this location. They make it all so easy!

Who: I came here to mail some documents.
When: the holidays.
Why: because my work wanted them asap.
What: endless waiting.
Where: Park Slope
How: waited in line for a long time and then was serviced in a speedy fashion.
Try to avoid this place in December if you can (which you probably can’t). Good service here, however, when you DO get the service.

Shout out to Lauren, at Park Slope Copy Center for being the epitome of CUSTOMER Service. I go out of my way, and pay slightly more because of her warm nature, efficiency, enthusiasm, and beautiful smile. She goes out of her way to make every customer feel like the most important person in the world.
I mention this because I have run across so many in customer service who seem angry to serve, and go out of their way to make it challenging to get the service they’re being paid to provide. Not every job is for everybody. Those who don’t like People & Service, should seek other careers. Companies responsible for hiring customer service representatives need to up their quality assurance game, and Vet better, so everyone can have the «Lauren Experience» they deserve.

Jamie and everyone at Park Slope Copy are so kind and knowledgeable and the print job came out fantastic! I also love the neighborhood feel — beats Staples any day! Highly recommend.

Came by to print out flyers for school. Didn’t have to wait at all for a computer and the process was super easy. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the pricing too: $ 27.00 for 50 color copies. I’ll def be back here.

This place is wonderful! We worked with Lauren who not only helped us print out our save the dates, but also went above and beyond to make suggestions to get the job done quickly. Lauren even helped us find an appropriate postage stamp and spent some time with us stamping envelopes. The service here is incredibly friendly and helpful!

Happy to say that the manager made things right and explained it was a miscommunication. They recently did another job for me, and it was excellent.

Park Slope Copy has helped our company out significantly. We often have last minute printing job that need to be done and Jon takes care of us every time. This past weekend there was a typo on our cards, and Park Slope was able to reprint my entire order and deliver to our home. Great service and great prices.

I like to say that Park Slope Copy Center is my second office. I find myself there frequently needing things printed, copied, formatted etc in a hurry and I always come out feeling relieved that I get the job done so well! Always friendly and ready to help, your staff makes my day go smoother.

This place is very reliable and reasonably priced. Jon, Jamie and the team were on point as I prepared for a big presentation — I needed a large color poster and they were very patient in working with me to get exactly what I needed.

I visit here quite frequently and I must say each time was perfect.
I usually know what I need to do before I enter so it’s always in and out for me. But someone always ask if you need help. They provide every kind of service you need when it comes to printing, copying, and shipping.
Considering mostly everyone has a printer at home, the pricing is very reasonable. Also the quality of the printing paper is very good. I just happen to pay attention to such details.
I like the vibe because everyone is laid back but not in a lazy way more like they let you do your thing and know exactly when to step in.
Also there are only 4 computers for printing but you do have the option of printing from your phone. However I’ve never had to wait for a computer which is pretty cool considering there’s only 4.

The service here is always fast and efficient. I’ve always been able to have my questions answered and been treated kindly.
Bonus: They have adorable cats that sit around the shop and love being pet.

I went in to ship a couple things, one with a pre paid label and one I had to get postage for at the store.
Lauren was the young lady who helped me and she was totally fantastic. Super friendly, instant rapport with my girlfriend and I. She did her job highly effectively but made sure she wasn’t brusque, and made me feel like a star client. I will definitely be coming back for future needs!
On top of that, the store cat is so friendly! He sat on my shoulder and purred like crazy while I pet him!

I rarely write Unilocal reviews. I only do it when I really believe in a business, or when I really think a business needs to do some serious revamping. In the case of the Park Slope Copy Center, as you might have ventured to guess based on my five-​star rating, this review is obviously predicated on the former impetus. In a word, they are simply one of the best businesses in the park slope area, with a friendly and helpful staff. Moreover, they offer a wide range of services, from shipping and packaging to printing virtually everything you can image. You can even print in the third dimension here!
In particular, I would like to thank Clarissa and her colleagues, who went through a tremendous amount of trouble and worked tirelessly with me in order to get thousands (and that is no exaggeration) of pages from PDF’s printed, bound, and neatly organized into books.
They have the best prices in NYC, a knowledgeable staff that is willing to help and to ensure that your needs are met, and a lazy old cat who predictably basks in the sun that pores in from the front window — as if to remind the throngs of overwrought New Yorkers who are always abuzz to take a moment and relax — especially now that they can rest assured that their copy and print needs are in the best of hands.

The team and the Cat at the copy center makes my life easier with all my copy/​and postal needs.

Three words — above and beyond.
I produced a huge music event this past Wednesday, and I contacted PSCC quite late in the work day Tuesday to see if a) a mounted large-​scale poster based on two photographs could be made by b) the next day at 2pm, and c) could they do it within a limited budget. The answer to all these questions was Yes.
Jon was incredibly helpful, efficient, and flexible. And most importantly, the final product looked amazing, and added a beautiful visual element to the night.

Come for the Copies… stay for the Cat!
The service is not rocket science… what sets the Copy Center apart from any where you can make copies send a fax, or a package, is the environment. I pass by almost every day just to say hi to the staff and Charlie — the «mascot» jaja… everyone is loving, sweet, funny, and above all, helpful.

I went into PSCC to ask about printing some labels for my jars and low-​and-​behold, they do design work, too (I had no idea)! After trying and failing to do some design myself and being disappointed with another online service, I was thrilled to have a local and affordable designer within walking distance. I worked exclusively with Michelle who did a fantastic job bringing my vision to life AND doing it in a very reasonable time-​frame. I couldn’t recommend Michelle’s design work or PSCC’s printing services more emphatically, the labels look awesome! Thanks, PSCC!

I am elated having found a print/​copy shop sincerely worth going out of ones way!
They rival the big chain printers, as per price (right en pointe!), whilst, more importantly, they are the kind of place which transcends all mortal measures.
It’s about a sunshiny, intelligent staff (inspired by brothers Jamie & Jonathan, I surmise). They offer a stable sense of service,. .. deliberate whilst kindly. .. right DOWN to a quick pull-​up of a computer screen to help find the directions to ones next destination, and FURTHER DOWN to a dutiful cat patrolling the lower levels of business, and BACK UP to excellent quality. .. all because they know how to listen and react, handling the hilt of detail with grace, punctuality, & prowess.
It is busy but never harried. It’s time-​LESS. It’s creative, whilst genuine.
For This, and more than I can mention in a quick review, I am chuffed, indeed!
