Super friendly staff, super big selection, and always tons of sales. (As a bonus, they’re very efficient!) No better place in the neighborhood to buy your booze, you LUSH.

i’ve been going here for decades and i adore these people. they are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and warm. they are even dog-​friendly. i love liquor shopping here!

This has nothing to do with stock, just the owner and one staffmember. Ive been there plenty of times to pick up wine for parties, but on this particular occasion I was walking past, and saw they had boxes out for recycling. It was a messy pile, all flat and a few had slid into the street by a car which i remember specifically bc the door opened and a woman got out. The boxes were not tied, or at least no longer tied. Which is why I was able to quickly and easily grab a few, as i was carrying a lot if bags. All within 30 seconds, then i went on my way. I heard a woman yelling at me, something about me making a mess and leaving it. I said Oh it was like that when i got here i just grabbed two. She said yeah right i saw you do it and went back in the store. I followed her and said ‘hey, really I didn’t make the mess’. By now she was with another woman who yelled ‘yes you did i saw you and I’m pregnant and now i have to tie them again’. I said ‘listen i shop here, is your manager here bc maybe i can talk to them’. She laughed and said ‘manager, ha, I’m the owner, psh manager’. So i said ‘well i guess you just lost some business.’
First of all if I made that mess I certainly wouldn’t stand there and bother to argue with accusers. I know people make messes and it sucks, but I expected some benefit of the doubt defending myself and making an effort. Second I had one free hand and cld barely manage grabbing two boxes. Third, save yourself time shopwomen and put folded boxes in a box like all the other liquor stores.
Very rude women. So Ill just to to Garrys down the block, whose always nice and whose staff even helped me lift a box of boxes.

Good selection, reasonable prices, convenient location by the B/​Q 7^th Ave stop. Oh and great customer service. If you need a recommendation, don’t be shy about asking. They know their stuff! I shop here all the time.

I sometimes come here after the gym to grab a bottle of bubbly for a weeknight rendezvous. Great selection of wines and spirits, at very reasonable prices. I stopped in today and was treated to an impromptu wine tasting. Oh joy! By my third shot of sparkling white, I was buzzing and I couldn’t wait to get back to my crib and keep the party going with my purchase of Absolut Vodka and Weingut Geil Gewürztraminer. It’s obvious that the staff here is family and they treat customers with a warmth and familiarity that enhances the boozy effect in the greatest way. They are very helpful when you’re unsure about how or what selections to make. Definitely very knowledgeable about all things alcoholic! All Park Slope Liquor needs is a few bar stools at the counter, then they would rock even harder.

Came here last Saturday afternoon after what turned into a practically 12-​hour long drink-​a-​thon (think bottomless, all you can drink brunch, followed by bar, then a wine bar, then a mexican bar, then house dranks… yeah you get the point, don’t try this at home, kids). when we decided to head to someone’s crib to enjoy some wine and board games (whooooo!!! CRANIUM FOR THE WIN!!!).
Park Slope Liquor offers a fantastic selection of wines and liquors at pretty decent prices. Friendly customer service and convinient location to my best friend’s pad, most definitely mean that I’ll be back for sure.

Ah, it’s been a while since I’ve been here, but anywhere that I can buy Mead is going to rank pretty highly on my list. Which I was able to do here, so, it’s pretty awesome. A bit of a hike if you aren’t in the area, but I liked it well enough. Large selection of wine and beer… But go because they are the only place in like… NYC that has Mead!

Always great service and friendly! They have a pretty good selection of wine too.
