Both pickup and delivery seemed to be handled well. However, they broke a door on a wooden cabinet (repairable), left massive multiple scratches to the top of a wooden table (will be throwing it away as soon as I find a replacement) and every piece of furniture was dinged or scratched in several places. Would never use again. This is my 5^th move in Brooklyn and absolutely the worst. Sal promised to come look at the damages within a week but never showed — and even if he did, 30 cents a pound (standard insurance) would mean $ 9 for a 30 pound table.

I used this company many years ago for a move and they were great — brought an extra guy, didn’t complain about my 5^th floor walkup and did everything very fast.
This was in direct contrast to my recent experience with them: they were rude, always complained about the stairs, send fewer guys, it took forever and subsequently cost an egregious amount. They had very poor customer service when i expressed my dissatisfaction.
Additionally, they BROKE a piece of furniture and said they would fix and return it. It has now been 2 months, and numerous emails … I haven’t heard anything back — just simply unacceptable.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!

I used personalized moving 07/25/2014 they were fast nothing was damaged the crew were very friendly and professional I would them again if I ever move and I strongly recommend calling personalized movers to anyone that is moving. i used other companies in the past but they didn’t compare to personalized moving
