No response to a very succinct email inquiry to their office. I admit to having no direct experience w these folks but a simple response to a possible customer would be courteous. I am willing to change this review to reflect a more positive opinion, if they should demonstrate that they are deserving of one.

Stay away. Toscano dId a job for previous home owner in 2006 – 2007 and they never had final inspection done from the NYC Department of Buildings. I purchased the house in late 2007 and I’m now stuck clearing up the mess (Open Vacate Order) because they only did partial work. Recently tried to get Philipp on the phone and he would not return calls. I was hoping he could even just offer some free guidance on how to get out of the mess his company got me into.
