Piercing Pagoda

If i had a choice, i would give that girl no star. Bad attitude. Not customer first. Too busy talking to her friends.

Honestly I really liked Piercing Pagoda. I always walked past them and wanted to try them out and I was glad when I finally did. They do very good work. They are very through and helpful when it comes to cleaning your ears and making sure you don’t get an infection. The process is very quick and not that painful. The studs I got were pretty and I also got a free set of earrings and a third set half off.
Now when I paid the girl told me about a one year warranty on all of my earrings as well as the holes. If they closed or if any of my earrings get damaged I could go back and they would give me new earrings as well as re-​pierce my ears free of charge. I was very happy about that. Well about 4 days later one of my earrings came out while I was sleeping. I didn’t think much of it because I knew I had the warranty. When I went back they told me they couldn’t do anything for me unless I had my receipt. They said they kept no records of who got what and who bought what so they couldn’t put the earring back in for me. I felt like if I paid for a warranty on my ears and earrings for a whole year I should have such trouble trying to use it. If I had came back 6 months later I would probably not have a receipt but I should still be entitled to it.
Eventually I just stuck the earring back in myself. So far I don’t have an infection from doing that but we’ll see. Other than that whole warranty issue I like Piercing Pagoda. They have a nice selection of jewelry and are very professional with their work.

I’ve had several piercings done here. The ladies are experienced, the equipment sterile, and the jewelry options and prices are very good (piercing is free when you buy a pair of earrings). It’s nice to be walking around the mall and having the luxury of being impulsive about poking another hole in your body. :)
I’ve never had an infection from their work, because they’re very careful about cleaning and instructions for care. Would recommend.
