Play Days and Parties

Decent space, good staff. But ALWAYS CLOSED at times most people have their kids and need the space! Literally 100% of the time id use it, its closed. They also randomly close for personal and sick days. Its the dead of winter, presidents «wk» and my kid is going up the wall. Lo and behold, play days and parties is closed. As always. You’d think… They’d OPEN on a wk that all the kids are off, and choose a wk off when kids are in school, right? Wrong.

I can’t believe it has been a year since I discovered this place for my then 12 month old grandson! He immediately loved this warm and roomy place and actually took his first steps there :)
He loves meeting new kids of all ages and afterwards we run into some of the same kids at the playground. The staff is really friendly and caring… a big plus!
He went to a birthday party recently and had such a blast we wanted to book his there. but they were closed before Christmas which is when his birthday is.
He has another upcoming party invitation for a little girl he met there… and he can’t wait :)
Definitely worth stopping in and letting the little ones run around during the cold winter months.

Wow. Just came from a toddler’s birthday party that went very badly. In the play space there is a bouncy castle. I watched one of he employees move it over toward a four foot tall ledge but didn’t think anything about it at the time. About ten minutes later there was a loud crunch — a four year old bouncing in the castle had just whacked the bridge of his nose on that ledge, and it was a deep cut that will likely require stitches. Everyone working there ran into the next room to see what they could do, leaving all the kids unattended. I took my daughter out of the castle immediately. Later they deflated it and again left it unattended as the air leaked out. This place was so dangerous!

Overall, extremely happy with this place. We just had our son’s 2^nd birthday party here and they’re very flexible, accommodating and charge a lot less than many similar places. The space is wonderful for little kids. I’m not sure if it’s good for older kids, but we had an 8 year old among toddlers and he had fun on the rock climbing wall and the game tables as well as in the bouncy castle. The owner’s daughter was so attentive to our needs throughout the entire party and everyone was extremely friendly and warm. One little criticism — would be better to have a cleaner back area since people still see it when they go to the bathroom or just stand around in the back (they just have stuff lying around there so it takes away from the overall feel of the party).

I found this place on «MOMMY POPPINS» and try them out. They are ‘INCREDIBLY” kid’s friendly and professional!!! It’s family owned and very convenient. It’s 2minute away from the train station and parking can be easy to find at times as well. They charge $ 10 for an amazing 2hours!!! Can you find this deal somewhere else??? Most Manhattan and even Brooklyn child care are expensive nowadays. Take a note, on Thursday’s… «THEY ONLY CHARGE $ 6 FOR 2HOURS!!!» Who can beat this deal??? They have a great open space for open play with lots of toys and indoor goods!!! They even do day care and «PARENTS NIGHT OUT»!!! Just go!!! Try it!!! I’ve been there with my daughter 3 times and she loves it!!! If you have anywhere better, please let me know!!!
