Very friendly owner and great job with the framing. I was very satisfied with my service. I brought in an autographed photo of Joe Biden, so I needed a trustworthy place. I’m glad I came here for it :)

This place is awful! I took something to get matted and framed. I discussed exactly what I wanted with the owner. I was thrilled that they would be able to get it done in a week, so I felt like they knew what they were doing. I just got back from picking up my piece. Other than the frame that I had picked, they handed me the piece half-​wrapped in brown paper, no corner reinforcements, partially ripped and the matting that I had discussed with them was never used. The owner told me that the matting I wanted was an extra $ 40. So what?! Do I look like I can’t afford $ 40? Did I not ask for it to be done the way I wanted?! Unfortunately is is a gift and the owner actually handed me $ 20 for the cheap ugly matting he did use! What nerve! I will never return to that place again for any of my framing needs.
