Small independent retail stores like this one are able to offer more individualized service than the big chains. I have found their prices to be very competitive and their service to be top notch. This is a great store for people who don’t want to spend a lot of money on talk, text and data but still want quality equipment. They have a pretty extensive selection of smart phones and cases and some other electronic items. I recently had an extra plate of glass put on my iPhone for a reasonable price. Interestingly while I was there today, one of the people who work there was helping a customer try to retrieve her password from the website. It’s this type of extra customer service that makes the privately owned stores so special when they are run right and this one is!
