I started coming to this salon when they first open, also my whole family. Now the service is terrible, the owner is rude. If you ask for some one specific and make an appointment you still wait for an hour. If you go in and ask for someone specific who’s sitting there doing nothing they tell you she has an appointment. There terrible I cant believe how they treat people like they don’t want you there.

The service is good, the people are friendly, it’s clean, and they finish you in a decent amount of time. I love that they take their time to do it right! it’s never rushed! Quiet atmosphere too:)
I’ve only been here once and the service was good but i called once and the owner was rude. I’m going to go again and depending on that experience, I’ll give a better review

Words can’t describe how horrible and rude this place is. I’ve been going here for a while and they started treating me like s*** because I wasn’t tipping them enough? Isn’t tipping optional. Also ruin my eyebrows on purpose. Super old here too manager is a real asshole

amazingly, ALL the manicurists are good. once, Anna did my nails and i continue to use her because i LOVE the way she shapes my nails. she is young and fairly new to the profession so she takes her time to do a perfect job, so I allot myself a little extra time.

ive been going to jessy for 9 years now, and wait for it — she’s a train and a bus away. i think that says enough. i may cheat for my pedicure but no one else touches my nails.
