Cheap is cheap for a reason. They could come the next day. They treated one room with a supposed natural chemical. They said it would be safe to return right after they finish. And the price was less than other places. Big mistake. Should have known too good to be true. The next day found more bites. They don’t offer a warranty so beware.

This was the only place that would show on short notice in the evening after a RAT had been stuck in my bathroom window screen for 24 hours and my landlord had not done anything about it!
They sent two people, both in uniform, who arrived promptly and with appropriate equipment. They seemed professionally trained and knowledgeable. They clearly informed me about prices ahead of time. They took care of the rat, kept the bathroom door closed while they did, and sealed the hole for an additional fee. The treatment came with a three month guarantee. They cleaned up after themselves before they left…

I did not actually want to use this service because it seemed not very good compared to other pest control companies, but they were the only ones that could come on short notice so I decided to hire them. The guy that came had no type of uniform on, was unprofessional, and unprepared. He wanted a pair of gloves but did not bring any so I had to give him my dish washing gloves. I generally did not feel like he was treating me with respect or the professional demeanor that he should have used.
