Progress Blue Print Company

This company has been providing me with quality service for nearly 20 years. I am amazed by the quick turn arounds, delivery and reasonable prices. There is also a level of neighborhood friendliness that can easily be appreciated by all the people at Brooklyn Progress, aka NRI (National Reprographics).
The downside is they take invoicing very serious. Being a customer for some 25 years, always paying in full with a few exceptions where clients paid them directly, and thus having a client who failed to pay an $ 8 bill reverted my account to COD only. For $ 8? Whoever is leading the accounting department isn’t following the practices of smart business, and that is, keep your relationship with your clients in perspective and don’t cause problems over something insignificant. I wonder if the CEO of NRI would approve, or perhaps they decided to push their accounts to collect on all outstanding invoices by calling, and calling, and calling them over and over again. Ever get a bitter taste in your mouth sometimes?
