Public Storage

This is to the Public, that must use a Storage facility to store their belongings. I strongly urge you to check out my pictures, text messages and recent Reviews. My Unit was Extremely infestated with Rats, mice stench plus vandalism. The General Manager and their Boss refuse to come see my Unit. Many months went by several phone call text messages as you can see in my PROFILE. I was there for 5 long years due to family death and sickness. The General Manager and their Boss knew about my situation. I still paid my unit every month plus my late fees. All that money it cost me plus EXTREME damage to my personal belongings. You know the people who works there writes False Reviews to get in good with their Boss. PLEASE check out my unit at 1250 Rockaway Avenue, Bklyn. N.Y. , 11 236. You will see how Public Storage can DESTROY all your Valuables. Their Commercial is a JOKE. Most of my Stuff I had no choice but to get rid of it. I saw 4 Large Rats I tried to take Pictures of but they ran so fast. You almost think it’s a JOKE but when you paid soooo much for that Unit and the Valuables you store their is Ruined it almost makes you want to Cry. But, Public Storage needs to be put out of business. Their are way too many people in my situation. BUT I DO BELIEVE MY UNIT IS THE WORSE YET.

I Was considering renting a storage room with another company, however while driving by public storage rockaway location I decided to check their rates. I was assisted by an associated by the name of Kiyah. She was very helpful explaining the rates, the sizes of the rooms, promotions, and available insurance. She also took me on a mini tour to view some of the units outside, which was nice. The place was very well kept, and much better then the other storage facility I was considering. Kiyah assured me the move in would be easy, and if I choose to I can select automatic billing to avoid coming in to pay the monthly bill. I appreciate her professionalism, and kindness, you don’t see it as often as you should. Thanks to Kiyah, Public storage is Now my Storage company, and the service has continued to be Excellent!
