With out a doubt the worst ever medical experience. My daughter waited over an hour to be seen. Then the technician would not draw her blood because her name was not on the form. The tech wouldn’t do it or allow me to do it. Had to leave. Don’t go here! EVER! No receptionist no one to go over your paperwork horrible

The worst wait and the most rude employees. There is no order to the way names are called. I had a 1230 appt and people that just walked right in got called and i had to wait more than an hour. This is the worst ran lab i have ever seen. No management at all.

The waiting room from HELL! Endless waits in an overflowing room. The TV is on FULL BLAST, always. Kids are crying, etc. I’ve been here several times, and it’s always the same.

This place is the worst! Even with an appointment I waited for over two hours. Standing room only! Ridiculous. Then the employees write a fake time on the sign in sheet so they won’t get reprimanded. There is no employee at the front desk to assist anyone. Total chaos.
