Janice was absolutely AMAZING today! i went I. There so scarred of a HORRID experience with another phone store in Bay Ridge that I choose not to name. I really needed a new phone and I didn’t want any contracts. This soft spoken young woman was generous enough to discount a case and a phone for me and walk me through the use of an apple device since I was so used to Androids. Loved her so much, recommended to everyone i came across that needed help in the same field! Plus she’s really pretty. #LesboForever she gave me her number

I broke my phone and I was looking in the internet for close place to my house to fix it and I found this place even I read the two review about it but I don’t care because I know how some custemors are … And thanks God i didn’t listen to the review I went yesterday. He is very nice man he fix my problem and he was very nice… Of course I recommend him

I would not use this place for anything or recommend it. Against a few friends advice I still let them try to fix my phone after 5 tries. The «repair guy» Moe, Charged me twice for something I had already paid for! $ 210 to change my motherboard. Broke my thumb print on my iPhone, changed my screen that didn’t need to be changed and had the nerve to demand more money or I couldn’t get my phone back. There’s a place on 86^th off the corner of 3^rd Avenue that does repairs and fixed what this guy messed up!!!
