Ordered via phone and arranged for delivery. The delivery person refused to deliver to my apartment directly, and simply left after I explained that I was unable to come down to meet him. I called the establishment to explain/​seek recourse, and was hung up on. Not gonna lie, I like my bourbon. Gonna take it to the joint on Seneca from now on if this is how they run the show.
Also, a previous review mentions a couple of very pleasant young women. Haven’t seen them there for about a month. Not sure if there’s a change in ownership, or if priorities have shifted for these gals. They were great, and I can guarantee would not hang up on someone.
Thumbs down on the new régime. I don’t mind a delivery screw up/​miscommunication, but rudeness and discourtesy I will not support.

Being a manhattan girl that recently moved to area, it is such a delight to have a liquor company deliver. It comes super handy on days when you have a lot of guests and can’t leave them or bad weather or just simply, because you are too lazy to go out and get it. In addition, the store is conveniently located by the train station so, you never have to go out of your way to get what you need.
The girls at the front and owner at the store are all super sweet and very welcoming. Sometimes, I go in there just to say hello and crack a few jokes with the, In addition, there hasn’t been a request I have made in regards to particular wines that they didn’t go out of their way to find and sell. I love any business that strive to satisfy customer’s needs.
Great neighborhood store and I hope all the other ones can eventually learn from their business model and customer service.

This place is awesome. They will deliver on orders over $ 30 and they even picked up a 2 liter of ginger ale on the way over. Not to mention the guys that work there are incredibly nice. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
