Not the best RadioShack but Camille, the person helping me at the sprint desk, helped resolve a difficult situation with sprint charging me for a lease I didn’t have. She was patient and cordial. A big thanks Camille for your professionalism. The extra stars are for her.

Came here to get some disks for my camcorder… after i asked for help and the sales clerk said give him a minute… but that turned into 15. I guess he was more interested in the lady customer he was talking to from when I walked into the store. After about 20 mins of waiting a sales girl came by to help me. She was a bit short and couldn’t get the lock off the shelve above her… she asked the same «busy» salesguy for help – but he was still «assisting» that lady customer. So because the store had only 3 customers in it — what I thought was gonna be a 5 min transaction turned into a half an hour.
The service really stinks here!
