I have been using these guys for over a year now and they are the best.
My family’s schedule is quite hectic so our laundry piles up fast. By the time I get to it I am completely overwhelmed by the mere sight of the mountains before me.
I simply call Elmer and he sends someone to pick up the laundry (all the way at my home in Rockaway Beach). When we get it back the next day, it is sorted and folded so nicely that I often ask myself why I don’t do this on a regular basis vs monthly!

I Love this pick up and drop service, they are very professional I use them every week and am very happy with My Laundry when I get it back. Whites are White and clothes are very clean and smells Great. Over All am very happy, they call Me by name when I call so it makes Me feel Specially taken care of. I would definitely recommend them and I have.

This is the best delivery service I have ever used. They are polite, professional and do an amazing job. I live in a fourth floor walk-​up and don’t know what I would do without these guys. They do it all-​wash and fold, dry cleaning, pick up and delivery-​all very reasonably priced. The turn around time for laundry is 24 hours and dry cleaning is quick as well. They use eco friendly detergent, follow even the most complicated of instructions and everything comes back folded perfectly. I can not recommend these guys enough.

I’ve used these folks twice I the last 5 months and I have gotten nothing but stellar service! First found them on the Internet when I was injured months ago and couldn’t maneuver my way around to do laundry. Pick up when they say they’ll pick up and drop off on time. Eddie is the best! They saved my number and when I call, I feel they make it personable. Today they were at my home to drop off and I wasn’t home… they waited the 10 minutes for me. They even brought back my detergent that I sent out. Customer for life! Concierge laundry service is the best deal EVER!!!

100% Terrible! The pick up went smoothly, however the delivery was set for the next day between 12−1p.m. 1:15 came, no show. Called the main number, they said they would call the driver, and OH your dry cleaning isn’t ready. The delivery person finally calls me 2 p.m. and says he’ll be there in 45 minutes. Told him I wasn’t waiting anymore and he could turn around and deliver all of my stuff the next day. The next day my laundry and dry cleaning is delivered, 7 pieces are missing. The next day I get all of my stuff back and my jeans and cashmere sweaters are extremely faded. I have to throw away a pair of designer jeans because they are unwearable now.
Do Not Use them. You will regret it.
