Excellent, professional Doctor. Very experienced. This is where the other ophthalmologist send you when they dont know what to do. He has an amazing bedside manner. Great repore with his patients. Makes you smile. Just knowing he is doing your surgery makes you feel at ease. Thank goodness his son works at the same practice. He is also an ophthalmologist. Has the best teacher there is. Raymond Reich went to Albert Einstein Medical School. That aside he knows his stuff. Where do you find a family practice where the wife calls you after your surgery to see how you’re doing? With healthcare becoming so cold toward the patients it refreshing to find a practice the is so warm, it makes you feel like family. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This doctor, and particular;y other doctors in his office are unprofessional, unskilled and treat patients with utmost disrespect. When awaiting my surgery, I asked the anesthesiologist a simple question. He responded with, ” «. In English this means literally, «do not mess with my balls». How is that for professional service at a medical facility? Never heard anything so disgusting and obscene in my life! Do not recommend this facility to anyone.

This place has a bit of a cult following, well as much of a cult following as an eyecare professional can get. I went to Dr. Reich for years. Everyone in the neighborhood does. And the surrounding neighborhoods too. Just how good is he? Well, the office is filled with old people, and you know nitpicky old people can get about their doctors. Not to say that everyone’s old. It’s just the demographics of the area. Which is why I moved far, far away. But I digress. If you need good eye care, see Dr. Reich. The place is super busy and sometimes it seems like the staff is ignoring you or curt with you(it’s just the Russian attitude), but that’s not what you’re going there for. I’d rather curt staff and a great doctor who’s funny with a great tempermant than a great reception staff with a lousy doctor. The assistants are also really great and patient. And the office admin staff, as curt as they seem, when I needed my paperwork transferred to my new eye doctor where I live now, they did a great job of getting it to me as speedily as possible. And you know how you can wait for days for that stuff. So yeah, go get your eyes checked!
