I had an appointment for an estimate at my apartment this weekend. We confirmed twice and red hook flooring DID NOT show up. They did not call to cancel, they did not call the next day to apologize. Obviously I will not be using them. I guess these guys don’t like making money. Horrible horrible horrible.

Red Hook Flooring did a great job refinishing our business’s hard wood floors. They came in during a holiday and did a beautiful job. However, while the floors were done professionally, and beautifully, there was some damage done to existing built ins, mostly the corners. They promised to fix it and never came back to do so.

These guys are the best in the business. I hired them to clean and refinish a very old wood laminate floor in my livingroom and install vinyl sheet laminate in 3 other rooms.
The outcome was spectacular and I wasn’t even there to supervise them while they worked.
The detail work was impeccable and they treated my home with kid gloves.
Peter is an extremely pleasant person to work with and I will definitely use this company for future projects.
