The gym is a ok gym but great @ $ 40 for two months, they lack machines, the weights are falling apart and the benches are missing the top but are fixed regularly, they need another leg extension machine.
I love their protein shake and they have a good variety of straps belts and drinks (ISO pure, muscle milk).
They also close early on the weekend, 6pm
But are open till 11pm on the weekdays???
I’m on a 12 week program and I signed up for 2 months, will renew for another 8 weeks until I meet my goals

This gym is a social club for these 2 or 3 black guys don’t get me wrong there in good shape but all they do is yell scream across the gym like they own it… they don’t work there nor do they have jobs because there there ²⁴⁄₇ and they gather up 15 or more of there friends that they train and they all use 1 machine very Gay prison gym feeling… I just can’t really focus on working out when you feel a certain way when you bending over lol but anyway this gym is Gay see for yourself if you don’t believe me… and plus let a female walk in to work out these 2 or 3 guys and 15 entourage act like they never seen a female before. So females if you like that kind of shit that’s the gym for you

Pretty crude and unkempt gym. The plates are rusty brownish. Touching them left my fingers a hint of brown. There aren’t any alcohol wipes so the only way to sanitize equipment is to put hand sanitizer on a towel and wipe. I only used it because I was desperate for a workout. The staff didn’t see too welcoming either.
Went once and will likely never return.

They have a shake bar with a wide variety of drinks fitting for your needs. Various machines and treadmills. Machines need to be cleaned. Rocky type environment. Not bad not the greatest
