Cashier Ricardo overcharged me and didn’t even apologize for that. He acted like there was nothing wrong about it, If I was leaving the store without paying for some item then I would be in a big trouble, most likely I would end up in jail. After we noticed that I was overcharged, he voided the extra item and threw the pen on the table saying«Sign here!». Did they stop using words like, «Please», «Thank you»? I know people are rude in New York, but it should be like this like in this store. Just apologizing and telling the customer that overcharging was just a mistake is not that hard.

This rite aid sucks. There so slow and they only have one person working at the front so everything takes an hour. I ordered prints online for 1 hour printing. I got an email the prints are ready I came two days later to pick them up and then she told me there not ready

I love this drugstore. It’s open 24/7, who doesn’t love that! It’s so convenient. It’s organized and the people(workers) there are incredibly nice. There is nothing more than walking into a store and seeing friendly, smiling faces. There is a Duane reade right across the street from my house but Ride Aid is cheaper and since I get out of work late, a much better choice.

I just moved to Sheepshead Bay 2 weeks ago and every time I come in here(it’s right across the street) I think, «I need to write a Unilocal review for this store.» It’s so great! It’s clean, organized, and everyone working is so friendly. It’s also 24⁄7 now. So convenient!

Having been recently remodelled, this Rite Aid location has been the prettiest and well organized branch we have visited so far. It also helped that our cashier was happy and full of energy. The only drawback is that the total retail space is slightly smaller than our usual suburban location but this is expected from an urban location.
