The guy in the shop if very nasty. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend that place at all.

I brought a silk dress in with a stain and asked if they could get it out (didn’t know what the stain was). They said it wouldn’t be a problem. When I picked up the dress, it had MORE stains than originally appeared. The man working the counter was infuriated that I would dare question where these stains came from. I haven’t been back since. No customer service and they don’t know how to take responsibility for their mistakes. Have not been back since.

Ritsa’s dry cleaning has been a neighborhood staple for years, but was almost taken away from us recently.
C-​Town/​La Bella Marketplace recently expanded to include a larger seafood/​fruit and vegetable section, and wanted to take over the whole block.
The underwear store caved and sold, but Ritsa’s did not and is now part of a strange block, which includes the giant grocery store, Ritsas and a parking lot.
I always loved the smell of dry cleaning places, Ritsas does a good job with getting your clothes back to you asap and the workers are friendly.
Be aware they take extended vacations in the summertime.
