If Cheers was a pizzaria it would be Roebling Pizza. Everyone in the neighborhood goes there and the owner knows everyones name. Not to mention he is there everyday. The pizza is so tasty! The ingredients are super fresh and it’s the perfect amount of sauce to crust ratio. The price for the size of pizza you are getting is outstanding and it’s even as good the second day! This is true New York pizza. I eat there once a week.

I had high hopes for this pizza the first time we ordered it, but subsequent orderings have just been really substandard… way too much cheese and the whole thing was a soggy disappointment. So sad!

They’ve been around since 1960 for a reason — this place has the best slice in the neighborhood. Super fresh ingredients, excellent sauce, nice crust, great prices and the guy who runs the place is lovely.(He’s also the son of the founder.) I always take my slice to go, as seating is limited, but you could eat in if you don’t hit it at a busy time. Haven’t tried their delivery service, so can’t comment on that. Overall, just a great neighborhood institution whose passion for pies always shows.

Very good classic old school New York slice at a good price. I find this pizza to be just as good as Joe’s. The owner, who usually works at night, is very friendly too.

Simply put the best pizza in the New York area and probably the world. The first thing that we did after arriving for the fifth time to the States was going to Roebling’s for perfect slices of crusty yummy yum yums! The owner even remembered us after a years«wait». It was nice talking with him again about reindeers and Finland and other stuff. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED!!!

This place and its pizza till 11PM are a god send to this neighborhood. Try a slice with pepperoni, pineapple, black olives and ricotta cheese. Or don’t, whatever you do, try the pizza.

This review is strictly off of my experience with them on . That being said my experience with this pizzeria was bad. I made my order for a regular pie at 7:30 pm. Seamless estimated the arrival of my food at 8:10. I then get a text from Seamless at 8:00 saying that my food is on the way. Great! Food is supposed to come earlier than expected. Come 9:00pm and my food is still not here. I call the restaurant and they said they were very busy etc. I finally get my food at 9:25. A two hour wait for a pie?! Mind you I paid a 30% tip in advance and live on the same street. Thankfully it was still mediocrely warm. But was very soggy with a weird sauce that was way too sweet for me. Will not order again.

Finally some decent pizza in the Williamsburg area! They were about 10 minutes late on the delivery though :( Other than that — I liked it! Very thin pizza, which I prefer over the deep dish. The marinara sauce is quite good too.

Roebling pizza is special. Not only is it the BESTCHEESESLICE in new york city, but it is also owned by a really nice guy that makes a damn good pie every time. Its inexpensive, local, high quality and delicious. My favorite, hands down.

This place gots spunk. The PIZZERIA sign is hanging by a thread, but I love it. I love the vintage aesthetics this place has managed to maintain or lack there of. The interior is the opposite of the exterior. Everything is polished and clean. Also a good thing. I ordered two slices. One plain, one pepperoni. Both were good, decent slices. What I don’t often see in NYC, especially Brooklyn, is the fat, Papa John’s style crust. It’s a little off putting to me because I don’t see a reason to waste that much space. Well, anywho, good slice + great ambiance led to a awesome Brooklyn pizza experience.

Excellent pizza and service! Ordered half white, half tomato and was done very well. Nice on the phone, delivered on time and was perfect temperature(even though they accidentally went to the wrong address, but the street names sounded similar…). Will make this place my go-to for pizza from now on!

A traditional, old fashioned, «good for your soul», family made brooklyn pizza slice is sadly nonexistent in Williamsburg. So when dad comes to visit and requests a real brooklyn pie, any daughter starts to panic. He just HAD to have it… and I just HAD to find it for him… because nothing lights this man up more than good pizza . BUTWHEREINTHE H*LLDOESONEGETPIZZANOW??? Real Pizza. Not gluten free, thin crust, or topped with Kale.(i by the way love salad on my pizza, so williamsburg continue on, thank you very much) Anyway. Queens??? Red hook??? Wherever this pizza is, it is definitely NOT in Williamsburg. So out of desperation I choose Roebling after a few promising referrals. First the shop is perfect — it’s super small, used, abused, happy, busy and of course, smells like complete pizza heaven. This, friends, is what great pizza shops are made of :) And most importantly, THEPIZZAISLEGIT. The dough — soft and fluffy, the sauce — a hint of sweetness, i could have cried. I knew it was a success because dad ate 3 slices before he could even nod in approval. Thank you Roebling Pizza for keeping the tradition alive in Williamsburg!!!(and for making me daughter of the year) So, so, so, good. See you guys very soon.

Roebling pizza is great! The atmosphere is quaint… you walk in, tell them your order and watch them make it from scratch… great pizza experience!

Came here when I was craving pizza on a lazy Sunday … I got a small Pollo pizza — chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, roasted garlic and onions for $ 16. I was a little weary of the location … I just moved to the area so finding it I felt like I was walking in a neighborhood that I shouldn’t be in, but the lady who helped me was very nice! She made the pizza herself and it took about 15 – 20 minutes. Will come back here when I get a pizza craving.

Looks like a dive bar from outside, but it’s actually a nice pizza-by-the-slice place. They add the toppings on a margherita base, so you can get whatever combination you like. I got pepperoni and spinach, and let me tell you — it was delicious. I found the crust to be nice and soft(unlike Brickhouse Pizzeria nearby). The couple who runs the place are really nice too. I do recommend, especially convenient if you’re on your way to/from Marcy Av station.

Hunger approached us right in the epicenter of Hasidic Judaism. Being very skeptical about finding a quick bite in the area(excluding Peter Luger) we parked next to this small place. We skipped pizza and walked one block up and down the street just to understand — there is no other food here. As we walked we were very surprised how nice and out of context this place was. Very cozy, clean, and comforting. Owners turned out to be very friendly and recognized that we are not from the area right away. They were very nice and explained us all about their pizza, previous owners and cooking hints. Surprisingly, they take their business very seriously and use the best ingredients. All their sauces are hand made, their produce is organic and they grill chicken very lean for the toppings. As we did our first bites we were blown away. Neither I not my girlfriend were expecting pizza to be that good! Thin crust, perfect crisp, perfect balancing of flavors. Yummy! My gf even said it is better than Grimaldi’s but skeptically I call hunger bias. If you around in the area or moved to this neighborhood — definitely check out the place. You would not be disappointed!!!
