I was a patient for two years before I left. Each visit, I waited several hours past my appointment time to see the doctor. When I did see him, he acted incredibly rushed and as if my appointment was simply a piece of «busy work» he needed to cross off his bucket list before he could get on to something truly important.
I now see Dr. Bailyn, located in Manhattan, as my primary physician, and am very happy with his services.

I took a star off because it feels they’re understaffed (4 doctors but many nurses) because I wait so long for an appointment even when it’s easy to get in during the week. If I call today, I can get in next day or the day after that, but I’ll end up waiting 1−3hrs+ because they have emergencies, or a very long waiting time inside the clinic even if I call, and confirm I can come at my assigned time. The doctors are great, however, I guess like many hospitals/clinic in NYC you’ll need to allot more time than an hour because it will take a long time before the doctor gets to you. Regardless, if you live nearby, and they can take your insurance, it’s not a bad spot.

Dr Eli Rosen and his entire office including the additional doctors are very knowledgeable and capable doctors and very sensitive to the patients needs and feeling.
Dr Eli Rosen is Extremely recommended doctor on all levels.
As a person Dr Eli Rosen is an outstanding and sweet family man who cares about his community and I have Big respect for him on all levels.
On a personal level I’m a fan and appreciate all the extra care he showed my family for all the years
