This guy DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I have ben trying to get a hold of him for 3 weeks now, since he is the only repairman to service my building. I finally got paperwork from him, and he filled it out completely wrong. When I called back to get this fixed, he again went MIA. I have left several messages since last Wednesday to get updated paperwork. I had a 9AM appointment this morning as well which he NEVER SHOWED UP FOR. I have been calling ever since to see why, and again… no answer. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL JOKE. I have no idea how they can operate when they don’t return calls or show up to confirmed appointments!!!
