So I’ve been going here for the past four months every two weeks ! This lady had re built my eye brows to perfection. I live in Manhattan and I travel all the way to Brooklyn just for her .
I had a bad experience with a previous shop and they basically ruined my eye brow shape. So I came to Rubina and every two weeks she let sit grow and shapes them. I love this lady. I will never let another human being do my eyebrows. Yes she does over a lot of things you aren’t asking for but hey, it’s apart of the business. Her technique is flawless and she is very detailed in her work .
I can PROMISE YOU this lady will not only just thread your eyebrows but she will RE BUILD them. I don’t have to use any makeup to make them fuller because natural they are amazing.

Hell to the no I will not return here nor will I will recommend this place to anyone!
The entire time she was threading my eyebrows she gave me a list of services of what she does when she does it and am I interested in getting a facial and henna tattoo… no lady!!! I just want my eyebrows threaded. Then she insists on threading my lip and chin which I declined oh about 3 times. Here’s the clincher after she finished threading my eyebrows (which was more painful than my other threading experiences) she takes tweezers and starts plucking… she plucks my skin oh a few times (which i jumped a few times) then she takes a tissue dips it in alcohol and puts it on my eyebrow at which point i Unilocaled and jumped up outta the chair. Then she tells me oh I usually charge 6 but I will charge you 5… I ran outta there and when I got home and saw my eyebrows my god it look like they were in the fight… notice the blood spots and the puffiness… NEVER AGAIN!!!
