Love love love this place !! They get new clothes every week so it’s a must to shop !! The girls are super sweet and always helpful !! You always need someone to tell you if what your trying on looks good or not and if it doesn’t they’ll whip up something really cute !! Each girl has her on style too so if you don’t think you’ll find anything for you you’ll be surprised ! Probably my favorite store in the entire world gotta love ruby and Jenna !! Love you guys

I am a frequent ruby and Jenna shopper and I love the store and all of your sharp clothes, and I normally get great service. About a week ago after work I came in for the sale and I was really disappointed by the service. instead of working like a normal girl would, it seems like The G’s of Ruby and Jenna care more about themselves then the actual store and its customers. I usually see the regular two ladies but it was a new one who really did it for me. I think her name was Michelle who attempted to help me but she didn’t do the job correctly. Did you legit give her a job? She was so rude I couldn’t kish the store faster. Very upset about it, ruined my day. You guys made a legit mistake giving her the job. wish I would have stayed and bought things before leaving to Aruba, maybe next time :(other than that, great sales and great service!:)

Horrible customer service and rude owner Jenna Lubel. They sold my kid jacket without tag and receipt It’s been done by store manager, 100% on purpose. Avoid it there are much better stores around

This place is great ! My husband hates it because like he says «oh god you’re going to ruby and Jena which means you aren’t just browsing.» Loll because he know I always find something (or somethingssss.)awesome in there.
The girls are super nice there and their sales are amazing. It’s such a cute trendy place. I moved out of the area and miss this store terribly. It was the best store to go to in a last minute event. Their stuff are always changing and the sizes go quick. I’m usually a small bit the clothing here varies I can fit up to a large depending the fit. I usually go for oversiZed sweaters and tops. I love their selection. !!

Store is set up very clean and items are showcased well. Staff was rude and did not seem to want to be there. They could of cared less if I had bought anything. From my own retail experience, if you see a customer holding an item, you want to talk up that item and get them to buy it. Instead I walked out because I did not think the price was worth it and no one helped me so I did not want to give them any of my service. I will try the one on Broadway next time.

This store is great.
As a grown «chain» (at loss for a better word) of stores they continue to set their standard at nothing but the best. In service, and in trends. They do carry a lower end product i feel. almost all items are below $ 100. and made of inferior quality materials. they are not big name brands, but fabulous style! perfect for young girls.
They have a great line of hip, girly, trendy clothes. Definitely more geared to a high school /​college crowd, but every time i’m in here I find relatively inexpensive blouses that are just great, and fit well for ages 15 – 35 with out a doubt.
recently i bought some really cute cuddly sweaters there, not the best quality. made from cotton (better than the polyester crap) and i’m really enjoying them, PICK THEM UP WHILE THEY“RE STILL LEFT.
One thing i do notice about this store is their amazing rotation. I feel like the products in the store completely change on a weekly basis. it’s quite amazing, and its a nice fresh way to run a business.

I live around the neighborhood and when I need help with last minute outfits. places to go! Girls are always so attentive to me, bringing me stuff from downstairs that not even on display! and you can always catch a great sale
life savers! plus they have so many locations and opening more!!!
. also their shopping bags i reuse them for school, work, lunch, packing everything
gotta check out their stuff they get new things all the time!
