Safe Haven Inspections

I used Tim to inspect our condo in Brooklyn and he was great. He thoroughly inspected every nook and cranny of our unit including all the meters and mains in the basement, the A/​C unit on the roof, the roof itself and the exterior walls of the building. He tested every wall socket, every light fixture, every faucet, the toilets, the floors etc. I followed him while he did this and he patiently answered every (naïve) question I asked. Throughout the process of buying our condo Tim was the only person who was 100% completely honest.
After buying the condo we later used Tim to answer more questions about the building. Again, he patiently answered every question we had with a considerable knowledge and expertise. I would definitely use him again and I would definitely recommend him to others.
