Schnitzel Bar

I’ll confess. I did not grow up with schnitzel and I didn’t grow up with Kosher options.
For me, being allergic to dairy, it’s nice to have options where I can go to a restaurant and order anything off the menu without fearing that it has dairy as this place is Kosher Fleisch.
Anyhow, to the food itself… I’ve had a few of their options (they have quite a few) and although they are expensive at first glance, they give you very large potions. I’ve never been able to finish the sandwich with anything less than 2 sittings. There are probably 100+ combinations you can try for your sandwich from condiments, to spices, toppings, etc.
The staff is eager to please and quite pleasant. Don’t forget to ask them to slice your sandwich in half or thirds.
The restaurant is quite large and every time I’ve been, it’s rather empty which is unfortunate for them, but good for me. It’s quite clean, bright, the tables are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean.
Of note, it’s within a block of the D line.

Delivery time is approximately 2 hours, even during a quiet hour. And if you’re lucky, your food will be at least lukewarm by the time you get it.
