Love this place. Been going for years and they have the friendliest service ever — always on point. SO much better than any post office in the area. Now, if we could only get them to open on Saturdays!

The woman who helped me really knew what she was doing ans was efficient
She did what she could to make my overnight shipping as cheap as possible

This business is incredibly incompetent. I went into send a package to Belgium and the package was returned to sender due to insufficient postage. When I returned to clear up the issue the owner tried to charge me a even higher price rather then resolving the insufficient postage issue that was clearly his responsibility as «shipping company.» Terrible service and worse customer service.

I was moving back to the West Coast and trying to ship my stuff across the country. I called 10 places in the neighborhood – this is the only one that was open on Memorial Day. They were super helpful, even loaning a dolly to help bring the boxes in from outside. It cost only $ 185 for four large boxes and a small poster tube, and everything arrived as promised. Moving all of my stuff across the country for under $ 200? Sold.

I went in not wanting to go to USPS. It is empty, so no lines and I received immediate help. The lady helped me pick a box for my laptop, printed out a label. And gave me a receipt with the tracking number. Simple and convenient. Good alternative to the regular post office.

Very nice people. However often not open during their own posted business hours, which makes picking up and receiving deliveries on time very very difficult. Also not open on Jewish holidays, which is good to know ahead of time. So use with reservation.

I run a business in the area and do a lot of shipping, so I come here for supplies pretty frequently. Everyone who works here is nice but this is the second day I’ve waited over half an hour for them to open, except today no one showed up.
10 AM is a very reasonable time to open shop and as much as I love to support other local businesses, I can’t continue to spend my dollars here if I know the wait will throw my own schedule. It’s a bit of walk to get to and from the shop and the bottom dropped out while I was waiting, so I got soaked by rain on the trudge back home without my needed supplies. No fun.

If the sign on the door says «open at 10am,» then it should be open when I get there at 10:15am with a large box to ship.
This morning, a Thursday, that wasn’t the case. So I lugged the box into Manhattan with me to figure it out later.
I’ve gone to this place several times. Mostly to ship UPS packages, a few times for office supplies, and once to cash in some scratch-​offs that won some money. Nice enough staff, convenient location, but in my opinion, that’s not good enough.
Much like some of the other businesses in the building, I’m completely unsure of what to expect when I walk in the door. I would love for this place to get its game tight so that I can rely on their services in the future.
For now… All I can do is just hope for the best.
