Service method: Delivery They ripped me off by calling me first to tell me that things I ordered that says it comes with rice and a mash potato didn’t and I can only choose one with an extra 1.50 fee. Since I was really hungry and didn’t want to make dinner for tonight I ordered 2 rice from them for the extra charge. Also they said it’s okay if I pay in cash. The delivery lady comes and I give her a 10. She’s about to pocket it without my change. I asked her for the change and she said she didn’t bring any. Then pockets $ 7.00 as tip along with my tip on . That’s $ 10ish tip for around $ 20ish of food. 50% tip was forced out of me. I hate this place. Will never order from here again. So angry after I checked the menu on again and it says that it comes with rice and mash potatoes. Also, they give you sour cream and a lot of slices of bread for no reason. None of the food I ordered made sense with sour cream or bread. I think I might have gotten better treatment if I sat down inside and ate there. But this is my review for Shanson from ordering delivery online. Maybe things were mixed up because it’s there first time being on because they just appeared the day I decided to give them a chance. But when you taste the food there it’ll turn you away as well. The following is what I think of their food. The Food: Shrimp Scampi, Ravioli, Beef Stroganoff, Blintzes I was feeling quite adventurous and open minded. I had quite some good food when I tried out new restaurants near me. Time for me to try Russian food now! I ordered things I didn’t know what they were as well as things I was familiar so if I didn’t like anything maybe my boyfriend or my dog could have it so it wouldn’t be a waste and that there would be a variety. So when I ordered the shrimp scampi, it was 5 jumbo shrimp for $ 7.99 with no rice or side dish although it says it does on . Totally not worth it. The beef stroganoff also didn’t come with rice or a side dish as they said on the phone. It was on the menu on though. Beef stroganoff was all baby portabello mushrooms with ONEPIECEOFBEEF. ONE! How the heck you call it beef stroganoff? Just call it baby portabella mushroom stroganoff. Seriously that’s another way to rip off your customers and make them angry so they never come here for food again. Ravioli was shaped like wontons and tasted like dry wontons with no sauce or anything. I think they used wonton skin instead of pasta to wrap it. The blintzes were bland and dry meat although on the menu it says there’s veal in it. It tasted like overcooked ground beef. Good thing is that the blintzes’s sodium level was so low that I was able to feed it to my dog and no waste it. My first time eating Russian food. I don’t think I’ll give it another chance. Thanks Shanson. One star? I don’t believe so. Maybe –1 suit them much better.
