The Shops at The Loom are a bleak manifestation of all that is wrong with life in Brooklyn. Its attempts at community building fall short and the interior space takes away from the vitality essential to an urban community. It is, in essence, a miniature mall, and one should expect nothing more than this in visiting. Very depressing.

I’ve lived in bushwick for the past 2 years and can honestly say there are very few places as unique and cool as the loom Multiple artistic shops and stalls, full of young hipsters. The atmosphere is really relaxing and has a great vibe.

Shops at the loom is a huge space full of storefronts. Yoga studio, food shops, coffee, salon, jewelry shops. This place has a ton of stores. I happened over here randomly one nite on the way to a loft party, and heard a band playing. The whole place was open with vendors in every direction. You might not just bump into it, just walking around randomly. It’s situated between Flushing, Nickerbocker & Thames. Check your google maps for details.
