I came here in desperate need of an iphone charger, unfortunately the owner that I encountered was not a morning person. I saw the way he barked at his employee over petty little things in front of me, so I already got a bad vibe off him. The employee himself was very nice, but the manager seemed rude when I asked to test out an iphone charger to make sure it works, he replied OFCOURSEITWORKS, WHYWOULDNTITWORK?!. Luckily the employee took my side and tested it out for me in front of my face, it worked just fine. I was not thrilled that this generic brand was 30 dollars, but desperate times call for desperate measures. This store does have good perks about it, good prices on air conditioners and vaccum cleaners from brands like Panasonic & Dyson, etc. They also have video games and other gaming systems, and they even do cellphone repairs. I think I would come back to shop here if the owner wasn’t around lol.

I shattered my iPhone 5S last year to the point where glass fell out of it. This place actually fixed my screen to make it look as if I just got a new phone. The wait wasn’t long ATALL, the guys are all very nice, the price wasn’t bad(but goes up depending on the model of your phone: $ 80 for iPhone 5 i believe but call and check, $ 120 for iPhone 6). I’m so glad this place has been in the neighborhood, because traveling to the city for a phone repair is way too much work.

I feel like a lot of the things here are refurbished– not that there’s anything wrong with that but I feel like they would try to pass it off as if they were new. Anyway– they sell used phones here. They’re pretty knowledgable about their stuff, but I guess it depends on who your salesperson is. The phones I saw were only lightly scratched and sold for probably half the price of retail. In my opinion, that’s fine– they’re pretty lax about letting you try the phone and helping you with it. Of course, it’s a used phone and this is a store– they do come and go. I definitely prefer eBay over the stuff here, I don’t know why but I just have an uncomfortable feeling about this store.

had my white iPhone 4S screen and back panel changed with no nonsense while I watched, and it took less than a half hour!!! a great job at a fair price: $ 80.00 for the screen + $ 20.00 for the back = $ 100.00

I was pretty impressed with the ability to have my electronice fixed by this store. I had a blackberry that was out of warranty by the mobile carrier and not yet out of the contract so to replace it was expensive. I took it there and they fixed both problems for a very resonable price and they did it while I waited. I have since used them again to diagnose a PC and it too was repaired for a reasonable price.

It’s nice to have an electronics and general gaming store nearby. Usually. It’d be nicer if said electronics and gaming store actually carried more than one of every item, and had a decent selection of stock instead of a haphazard collection that looks like they scavenged excess supplies from other places. But the fun doesn’t stop there. I’ve gone into this place a number of times looking for specific items — headphones, a game, electronics of some kind, whatever — and not only was I not greeted when I walked in(even when I was the only customer in the store), but I was ignored even when I asked for assistance. Sorry guys, but that kind of behavior toward your patrons does NOT promote future business. Avoid when possible, unless you don’t mind jumping up and down and yelling for attention while the guys behind the counter are busy texting on their cellphones.
