The place needs to be shut down. So disgraceful. We rented a uhaul offline and picked it up here. Uhaul advised that it was an after hours drop off location. When we arrived, the gates were locked with no direction on where/​how to drop off the truck. It was 2am after moving all day, which is exhausting enough, so to be standing on a dark street under a highway overpass was not ideal. I was on the phone with a uhaul customer service rep who kept repeating «the gate should be open, this is an after hours location, i dont know why it would be locked».
All of a sudden, a completely inebriated man comes to unlock the gate. He was WASTED. I asked him if he worked here and he replied by calling me STUPID. I did NOT feel safe leaving a moving vehicle with this man, but did so anyways because i wanted to get the hell out.
I called Uhaul to notify them of this inexcusable and quite dangerous situation, they told me that a regional manager would call me soon.
And boy did she call! The most awful human i’ve ever spoken to on the phone. She called and immediately started shouting about the bad review. She told my boyfriend that it was his own fault because at pick up she «told him to honk the horn at the drop off and someone will open the gate.» How is this irrational person a manager?
My boyfriend does not remember being given these instructions at all! But anyways — if the workers of this place had any common sense whatsoever, why wouldnt they POST THESE DIRECTIONS ON THE GATE?
She never addressed the inebriated worker until we brought him up. She then was defensive of him, as if we were lying. I asked her to look at the security tapes — she said she would and then would call us back. Its been 3 weeks and we still have received no follow up.
I am completely disgusted by this place, as well as by U-​haul! Stay away!

OMG if I could have given this place negative zeros, I would have. These business owners HAVE HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I reserved a U-​Haul truck on U-Haul’s website for a move. The U-​Haul website directed me to this «Authorized Dealer» for my truck. I wanted to pick up at the actual U-​Haul but for the size I wanted (which was a standard 1BR truck), for some reason I couldn’t. Pick up at the beginning was annoying. The girl at the counter was rude, and the owners were disrespectful. We had a bad feeling the whole time but needed our truck. Upon drop-​off, the same girl at the counter had a bad attitude again and fought with us about how our truck didn’t have enough gas in it. We put gas in the car up to the point where we were told to but when we returned the truck they told us we were a few ticks shy. We are like ok how are we supposed to know that if the truck itself doesn’t have all those ticks. We can’t calculate on our own. They told us they would charge us $ 23 for the whole tank to the point where it was supposed to be returned to, not just the less than what we needed which should have been about $ 3. We had to go back to the gas station and fill up again but of course had to put extra gas to make sure we had enough bc the truck gas gauge didn’t have all the ticks for us to properly gauge. This place is a SCAMMMM!!! They want you to basically give them gas for free! Horrible practices, that chick at the counter is rude and not professional whatsoever, and the owners are HOOORRRRIIIBBBLLLEE. PLEASE HEED — DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Update: The owner replied to my credit card company, saying I moved into a storage unit and occupied it for 3 weeks (until June 9^th)!
I never moved a thing into one of their units.
I issued the complaint to the CC company on May 29^th. He claims he let me occupy the space (apparently rent free) for 3 weeks. So, according to their story, I was storing belongings in the unit while I was disputing the deposit. They can’t produce any documentation that I moved anything in there, of course.
Bottom line: this place will not hesitate to flat-​out lie when it suits them. Save yourself a lot of trouble and steer clear.

I agree wholeheartedly with the previous review. Seek a storage unit ELSEWHERE
I DO NOT recommend it.

This is a horrible, horrible place.
Hours are poor
Prices are high
Units leave items open to molding, my unit came dirty
You cannot acccess your unit at all times, as the owner keeps his UHaul trucks in front of them and will not move them.
When the owner is on vacation, sometimes for weeks, you cannot get anything done (move trucks for access, for example).
Mind you, the thing is that you can get the same unit size in a climate controlled building for less, and with more reasonable hours. Do you want to take time off of work to get your moldy furniture?
On top of that, be prepared to be berated for no reason, and have your deposit withheld. The degrading way that I was spoken to by the owner Jay and his employees shocked me. And saw the same done to others while I was on site.
No, previous reviewer, likely the owner, this place expressley does not have excellent service. They go out of their way to give horrible, demeaning service.
