This place is as unprofessional as can be. Their customer service skills are non-​existing and they are out there to do all they can to cash you out, even by lying and falsifying documents (and owner admitted it!). I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for being late or not having classes when scheduled for more than couple of times, as well as making the rules as they go (this ended up tears of one child). but today I witnessed them altering the contract we had signed by adding an expiration date where it never existed. That is so beyond me that it’s not even about the loss of my money anymore. With the added expiration date we never even had a chance to use up the classes that we had paid.
Deal with this place and these business owners only if you enjoy end up getting robbed as that’s what they are good at (also if you enjoy being yelled at as she is not out there to solve their poor business practices, but to alienate their customers and scare the kids).
