I recently went to this store to buy a North Face womens jacket with my wife, as she loved the jacket there. I went to price the jacket, as the store had a promotion of $ 20 off items in the store, as this was Xmas eve 12÷24÷12. To say this staff is rude and obnoxious is an understatement. My wife went over to price the jacket, which ad been marked in red pen down to $ 330 from $ 350, and i was looking at adding the store discount of $ 20 off to come to a price of @ 310 + taxes. I dont believe my offer was insane or crazy, however the lady at the counter made this cross eyed look like i came from a spaceship, and darted over to the jackets started flipping through the tags because the other jackets were priced at $ 350 and none of the other ones were marked down. Then the rest of the oompa loompa crew started looking at us like i had messed with the tags or something. I really felt uncomfortable, and was really upset, and wanted to speak with a manager, because of how upset i was at how this crew was acting, but then i came to my senses, and realized that he had to know how stupid his staff is. I mean they didnt try working with me, nothing, just grabbed, the coat and re-​racked it. I will never walk in this hell hole again. I just bought the same jacket online today for $ 250 with shipping included, and glad i didn’t make my purchase then. Avoid this store. I have not been at other locations, but this one is a mess.

So today me & my friends were taking pictures at the fitting room (where the mirror was) & all of a sudden this old raggedy lady (I believe she is the owner of the store) asked us if we needed help with the illest attitude so I responded nicely telling her «no, we’re just taking pictures & browsing around» then she gave us a dirty look then turns her back against us and asked her worker «what are we doing here?» acting like if we can’t hear her… so the worker replied & said «they’re just taking pictures» & then made a stupid laugh thinking it was funny. LIKE SERIOUSLY??? TAKING PICTURES IN THE STORE IS A CRIME NOW!!! WELL GUESS WHAT STICK A POSTER OUTSIDE THE STORE SAYING «TAKING PICTURES IN THE STORE IS NOT ALLOWED!»
TO THE HIDEOUS OWNER: FIX YOUR FACE BEFORE TALKING TO THE CUSTOMERS & LEARN HOW TO DRESS!
P.S: I HOPE YOUR STORE RUNS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

buy ONLY if u are sure u want the shoes/​clothign you are purchasing because they are nice to you when youre buying it, but when you wanna return shoes you never wore before because they hurt your feet –theyre not so nice!!! thanks. i am now stuck with shoes i cant wear, and it was a waste of 30 $.

Such a great store!!! The variety is amazing and prices are unbeatable! I never leave without buying at least a few amazing pieces! The salesgirls are super friendly and the owner is super hot!!! :)

When I lived in Bensonhurst this was my favorite store but… sometimes the sales staff (think Jersey Shore)…ummmm…
Its such a orgasmic mix of hot designer denim (my fav being Miss Me), and lots of other designer labels like Juicy Couture, Rock and Republic, Free People, etc.
They have a section for guys that consists of more designer denim, tee’s before the tee’s, «Its teeeeeeeeee shirt tiiiiiiime» tee’s, and button down shirts. If your a guy… and not hot… don’t shop here. It won’t help you. Just sayin’

Shoes I have seen before like Uggs, Steve Madden’s, etc… and shoes you will not find anywhere else and designer designer designer… This is a very dangerous place for a princess or a average girl like me :)

I used to come to this store all the time when I discovered it back in my college days. I no longer shop there, but they have a great selection of designer jeans that they sell way below retail and what you would pay at most department stores. I’ve gotten many citizen and seven jeans for cheap considering what they cost in the first place. The dressing rooms are horendous though. They are literally the size of a 2×4 and the doors aren’t long enough so you have to squat down a little or someone walking by can look right in and see you changing. What’s even more annyoing is the salesgilrs who stand in front of the dressing rooms like you’re going to run off with something. Really annoying. The place is good for jeans but the rest of their clothes, like their tops and such are too trendy for my taste…

O yes, thiis store has been stealing my lunch money since I was in high school and first discovered it.
Something Else is a store I would categorize as full service. They’ve got every type of apparel, outerwear, shoes, and accessories in every price range from seeminlgy every brand you can think of. I would describe theri selection as high end Brooklyn… seven jeans, gstar, diesel, dkny, miss sixty, north face etc… casual, trendy, and urban although I always see something here that they dont carry anyhwre else Thye have a section with dressier clothing and mens clothing as well.
I agree «the employees» can be a lttle prickly but at least the dont hover over you. They’ve expanded the store quite a bit, they even have a location in Park Slope I think it is. Hoewver they’ev yet to update their fitting rooms which are still too short and small.

Juicy Couture, Lacoste, Versace, Emporio Armani, Miss Sixty, etc… modern and contemporary clothing. it’s one of those places where they have decent designer labels… but nothing really jumps out at you. typical.
the staff here are very young and snooty. i never get help (when i DO find something i like) and they all snicker at me when i ask questions. i’ve bought many pairs of shoes, accessories and a few purses here. it’s just more convenient shopping here than trekking all the way to the city and different locations for what you can just find at this boutique.
