The Speedy goes for how fast you should run away from getting services from this company. My unforgivable mistake was calling the first number I found at home and not doing some research due to the lack of time and because it was sort of an «emergency». I called them to have a refrigerator fixed after it suddenly stopped working. The lady on the phone was very polite and it was very easy to set an appoint. And this is where all the good things end. After telling me that a technician will come between 8 – 10:30a next morning, he finally showed up at around 2pm. He diagnosed the problem quickly and we agreed to the repair as I didn’t want to wait more. While he was at the repair using a dryer to remove the icing in the fridge, he laid it down inside the fridge and caused a short circuit that ended up burning a fuse in the house and caused one of the power outlets to not ever work again(yes! ever again until I got somebody else to fix it!). The worst part was how the technician didn’t assume responsibility and offer minimum help to troubleshoot and fix what he caused. SUMMARY: DON’T CALLTHISCOMPANY !!!

NO stars for them. Stay away. FARAWAY! Unless you like paying for work that doesn’t need to be done. My wife called about oven light. They told her that because it is a Viking it had to be replaced by a tech. The tech came charged $ 65 to diagnose a major circuit board failure with a cost of $ 750 to repair. When I spoke with Ken I caught him in a lie about the work that needed to be done when he told me that Viking sells rebuilt parts and calls them new parts. He told me that he couldn’t use the Viking part because they had to modify the part and that’s why they wouldn’t install the part if it came from Viking. Viking gets $ 375 for the part they wanted to charge $ 495. I went to the hardware store and bought a $ 6.99 light bulb. I replaced it in 5 minutes and it works great. Ken took an attitude every time I called him but especially when I demanded a refund. STAYAWAY.

While the service was fast, I was told I needed the«Safety» fixed to get the agitation working after filling with water on my Kenmore washer. Total was over $ 400 which included the $ 25 discount and $ 65 cash for diagnosis($ 190 for part and $ 195 Labor, plus about $ 25 tax). Job took about 20 min. I could have bought an entire new machine for this repair.
