A friend of mine used this service to clean her son’s car seat after he had a gastro disaster in the car seat (think vomit & diarrhea). I was with her when she got the car seat back — and the real disaster was the state of the car seat AFTER she got it back from stroller spa. The car seat was missing the energy absorbing foam in the head area of the car seat (a required part of the car seat)… and no one from stroller spa mentioned to her that they had returned the seat without this part. Also, the car seat looked like they hadn’t cleaned it — the cover was crusty and the velour fabric was crunchy and there were bits of food everywhere (and I’m not just talking about in the hard to reach crevices… which for $ 65 they should have reached even the crevices).
