Subway

This Subway location is my local Shop. I’ve liked the deals they put out from time to time, but tonight was a different story…
I normally get the pizza combo that usually has a fixed price. After telling the gentlemen at the register that he’s over charging Me, he then told Me that there are no combo’s for the pizza meal. I then explained that the price he’s charging Me is not consistent from the previous time’s I’ve purchased the pizza deal. I got a little frustrated because why would this time be any different from any other time? He then went on about there are no options for a pizza combo on the system and that I have to pay the balance that is owed. What followed was his abrasiveness with Me. After this point when I told him to just charge Me for the pizza because I didn’t think it was fair to pay a higher price for the same things I usually get that include two other items.
He then went on a rant that it’s not his fault and that he’s not trying to «Jip Me» and adding argument that there’s nothing he can do because he doesn’t make the rules… I work in customer service my self and the way this person dealt with Me at the register was incredibly poor mannered service especially dealing with a local returning customer like my self.
I did not appreciate the customer service that was dealt with Me this evening and will no longer return to this Subway store. My husband is also boycotting this location because they also overcharged him on a club sandwich special their promoting currently but did not apply the special price.
Avoid this location****. They claim to have special deals but they do not apply them at check out.

This is the world famous Subway Sandwich shop in Brooklyn New York. This is a one-​of-​a-​kind New York City place; there is no restaurant like Brooklyn’s Subway Sandwich shop. You can tell by the old subway maps and newsclippings decorating the walls and their menu featuring «local favorites» that this is a true New York establishment.
They serve almost any sandwich you can imagine, piled high with equitable amounts of toppings, and they have their famous toaster at the ready to give your noms that classic Big Apple crunch!
Believe the hype: no trip to Brooklyn is complete without a visit to the famous Subway Sandwich shop, the sandwiches so good they named a train after them!
Edit: I’ve been «informed» by a number of Unilocalers that this is not the only Subway Sandwich shop in existence. If that were true why is it called «Subway?» It’s on the Subway (DNR line!) that’s why! Would it make sense to call something Subway Sandwich shop if it wasn’t by a subway?

It’s Subway so there isn’t too much to comment on food wise. It all tastes the same, but this Subway is very clean and the staff is really nice. It’s out of the way though, I had no idea this Subway was even here before but it’s my favorite one in Sunset Park.

Stopped by here because there was nothing in the area that seemed appetizing. Made a quick run and ordered a footlong Italian BMT. The service was quick but I don’t know why the staff put extra ranch sauce on my sandwich. All I tasted was ranch. Decent meal if you’re looking for something cheap and quick on the go.

All I gotta say is that the service here is fast and friendly. I always get help and the staff knows exactly how I like my sub. They always greet me with a smile and they alway show a sense of urgency. My experience here is great. I like that this location is clean, well lit, the soda machines work (and they always got Cherry Coke, that’s always a plus: D). I absolutely love this Subway shop, but I despise that bready funky smell though: (. Oh well you can’t always have your cake and ice cream. A four in my book!
