This subways has the WORST staff EVER. They won’t make your sandwich how you request it and they down talk to all their customers. I came to this establishment 3 times & all 3 times their staff was extremely rude and did not want to make my sandwiches how I requested it. If you want a sandwich, just pop into any bodega. They make great sandwiches there and it’s very cheap too.

Typically I would say I love subways. I can now honestly say I hate it! I ordered a nice sandwich here yesterday afternoon and as always I was happy to go home and eat it. I walked into my apartment, washed my hands and relaxed while eating my sandwich. Keep in mind this was the only thing I have eaten for the day, so you know I am very hungry lol. 1 – 2 hours later I became violently sick. So sick that EMS had to get me and take me to the nearest hospital. I’m also 16 weeks pregnant so from all the loss of fluids I arrived severely dehydrated. The Doctors ran many labs on me and gave me numerous baby safe medications through my IV. The ER doctor told me I had a bad case of food poisoning. I thought it was a stomach virus but obviously the labs confirmed I was contaminated by whatever It was I ate. I was so sick I couldn’t move, all I did was pray that my baby was alive. Thankfully he was sound asleep in my womb. I don’t believe this particular subway handled the food properly, especially if I became violently ill right after eating it. I had my usual chicken breast with lettuce, red onions, tomato and sweet onion sauce. I’ve never gotten sick eating from the one on flushing ave so something here doesn’t add up. I trusted it as I seen an A on the window but looks are very deceiving. I’m still in the hospital getting fluids and hopefully I may be released today. I can’t believe this has happened to me.

I was so excited when i saw the neon sign blaring through to the police station during the night. A subways on my block?!? This changes everything! Ive always wanted an alternative to sazon perez’s spanish and china express’s food. *Not that i eat at both regularly, but once in a blue moon* Nonetheless i was at a lost of words, i love subways, but some locations don’t have mozzarella cheese. Which imo is better than provolone or swiss. Anyways, today i decided to try it out, i ordered a spicy italian footlong with italian herbs and cheese bread with mozzarella cheese. The girl who took my ordered was obviously a new hired sandwich artist because her awkward slow movements were hindering me from feasting. I wasn’t mad though, a subways on my block? Usually Id have to trek to greenpoint or flushing ave and broadway for a hoagie, so I didn’t mind the wait. I also had a double chocolate cookie. When I got home, i found out my sandwich was not cut in half, oh well; heres to the subways on mah block! The décor is really nice as well as their up to date toaster with touch screen, other subways have a green lettered display on theirs. Nonetheless, regular tanned bricked wall and a subways clock. Im giving it five stars, because the girl put way too much meat for a spicy italian on my sandwich :)
