Horrible! Suite C department is so horrible!!! They make appointments when the doctor is not even there. I hate this hospital in general! Please stay away from this unorganized hospital if you want to stay alive!!!

Started off on one end of the hospital that was absolutely wonderful. Had to come to do blood work at the outpatient clinic and it all went to HELL!!! Signed in and was supposed to be first come first serve but techs kept taking their friends and the regulars first. I’m beyond irritated been waiting 30 minutes this lab is very backwards and unprofessional.

The nurses in this place don’t care, my sister had knee replacement surgery and she called and called for a nurse to use the restroom. She had to go herself and soiled herself. They still didn’t show up, she eventually yelled out into the hall for help and 5 more minutes later someone sauntered in with an attitude. Her room mate vomited on the floor, they didn’t want to clean it as it was clear, WTH? She’s now at Menorah Nursing home and is back to herself, this place was horrible.
