After reading all these nice things about Omar, I was bummed to find he wasn’t there (unless he’s an attractive Latina. I doubt it.)
I didn’t catch her name but she made me a terrific roast beef and spicy cheddar sandwich. I licked my fingers throughout. Add a good beer and chip selection and color me SATISFIED. deducted a star due to Omar’s absence.

Omar is the man, this kid does it all, checkout, stocking, makes good sandwiches too.
This is my Go-​to Deli, nice people, great prices on their sandwiches.
They make tuna on a roll using fresh cans. gotta love it.

Great sandwiches and a helpful staff. Everything is super cheap and only a few stops away from Manhattan. I particularly like the deli guys, especially Omar (the young guy). He’s really nice and totally sweet. They also have a bunch of really good ice cream :) YUM!

Good sandwiches, nice guys, fair prices. Best in the immediate area. Grill is off after 8 or so, but the chipotle chicken sandwiches hit the spot just fine.

Oops… I overreacted/​was really hungry when I wrote that post.
The kid turns out to be the best part of the deli-​they just have him working EVERY position (stock guy, deli guy, cashier) at all hours. He’s literally there almost all the time-​until 7am sometimes!
Go here, it’s cheap and the sandwiches are usually good.
