I read the negative reviews about this location, and teetered between 3 – 4 stars myself. I opted for 4 because the employee I spoke to was very helpful and had some amazingly sound advice for swapping over from AT&T.
The lines could have moved a little faster, but that’s not the fault of the staff — it’s the inconsiderate people who grab an employee and have them wait while they call their significant other’s describing different plans and options, and phones, and prices, and everything else. Ugh. People.

Worst customer service! A handful of unprofessional workers there with a lot of attitude, especially the manager. Will never purchase anything out of this store again.
