The customer service in this branch reaches all new lows. The workers seem to be working as slowly as possible, roll their eyes at any problem, and have an attitude with the customers, like they hate their job. When the line’s out the door, they could care less, it seems. I just waited 30 minutes and then was told they couldn’t help me bc I’m not an authorized user on the account, which i AM. They don’t know what they’re doing, and they don’t care. They told me to come back in 3 days, because their outgoing lines weren’t working. wtf? Drive me crazy in less than an hour. REVISION On the other hand, Koku, Sales Mgr. knows what she’s doing. She was awesome today.

I’ve been told I rant from time to time, but I can’t help that when service is so bad at different places. I will say that at this TMobile that I was at least acknowledged(yes, that’s a dig at you Court St. location), though I wasn’t helped much. The staff is okay, but are pretty distracted by people who come in to pay their bills(why can’t they pay online???). Still, the kids here can step up and do better.
