i hired bill to build for me a computer with parts i purchased. he built it. i experienced some problems shortly thereafter — the computer kept shutting down, lots of blue screens. bill told me he’d be away for the holidays. i left several messages on his voicemail since, but none were returned. my advice to you is if you decide to hire bill, have a binding contract that he signs. otherwise, he might abandon you too.

Bill is great! I had a Dell laptop that was a functioning paperweight, and not only was he able to retreive all the files from the hard drive, he got the computer back up and running in 10 minutes! Wish I’d called him BEFORE I’d spent months troubleshooting on my own. I’ll never go back to geek squad — That Internet Dude is my go-​to guy for all problems related to tech. Thanks Bill!
