I was able to view several apartments, submit an application, receive approval and sign my lease within 2 – 3 weeks! Very knowledgeable and efficient management team. Julie and Fillip have both been very patient, thorough, and accommodating. They were able to make a normally painful and overwhelming process rather stress free! Thank you, Junction Group!

As a first time renter in NYC, The Junction Group exceeded my expectations by making the process as simple as possible. They were very helpful with any questions or concerns we had from start to finish Julie in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience from the second we looked at our first apartment until way after we had already moved in. Great people, great experience, great apartment! Highly recommend!!!

Crown Heights, NY
The Junction group showed up multiple nice places within a short window of time, and made the signing process painless. That said, I’m docking it a star as various promises were made about the state of the apartment that weren’t met. This could well be on the landlord, but its disappointing nonetheless.
